Snowdon Fire Protection is family run. We made a choice a long time ago to stay in one industry instead of trying to cover everything. Because fire protection is the only field we recruit in, we've spent years getting to know the people who matter, not just the ones who happen to be looking for a job right now.

One industry, all the way down
We don't work across a dozen different sectors. Fire protection is our whole world, so we understand the roles, the codes, and the people in a way a general recruiter can't.

The people other recruiters can't find
Because we stay focused, we've built a deep network of passive candidates. These are people who aren't applying for jobs and won't show up for a general recruiter. When you need the best, that network is what sets us apart.

There are two ways to work with us, depending on the role you need to fill.

Contingency search, success fee only
No money up front and no risk. You pay a fee only when we place the right person in your role. For most openings, this is the simple way to go.

Proactive search, for business-critical roles
When a role is too important to leave to chance, we don't stop at the people who are actively job hunting. We take your opportunity directly to every candidate who could be a fit, including the ones who aren't looking. That way you see the whole market, not just the ones you have seen already.

Like you, we don't dabble in fire protection. It's all we do.
