Specialist Fire Protection Recruitment Since 2017
Snowdon Fire Protection recruits exclusively for senior and specialist roles within the U.S. Fire Protection industry. We focus on two core disciplines: fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems.
Our placements include Fire Protection Project Managers, Fire Sprinkler Designers, Fire Alarm Designers, Senior Estimators, and Operations Directors. We understand the qualifications that matter at this level: PE licensure, NICET III and IV certifications, proficiency in AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, and AutoCAD, and deep familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72.
We work with fire sprinkler contractors, fire alarm integrators, and engineering firms who need proven leadership, not just headcount.

- Credential verification built in: Every candidate is screened for PE licensure, NICET level, software proficiency (AutoSPRINK, HydraCAD, AutoCAD), and relevant NFPA code knowledge
- Statewide coverage: Active senior candidate network across high-demand markets including Texas, Florida, and the Mid-Atlantic
- Two disciplines, deep expertise: 100% focused on fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, which means we understand the difference between a sprinkler designer who can run hydraulic calcs and one who cannot
